If you want to sell or rent your property then to maximise your investment it is important to present it to it's maximum potential. This usually involves Photograpy, Video, Virtual Tours or a suitable combination.

Depending on your budget this can be done in a variety of ways, however consider after you have your photographs / video / virtual tour where and how you intend using them. It is pointless getting your promotional material together if you have no marketing / advertising vehicle to present them with - so this must be considered and factored in to your budget.

Professional photography is available on Samui from a number of Photographers to suit a range of budgets. Good photography is not as easy as it may appear and interior shots often require the correct lighting equipment to achieve the correct results. Aerial Photography is also a popular way of presenting higher end Properties or Resorts as it gives the potential client a true picture of what they get for their money. This is usually achieved with a Radio Control Helicopter as chartering a real one is normally way past most budgets. For a promotional flyer or brochure for your house or villa there is no substitute for top notch photography.

Virtual tours are the latest most modern way of presenting your rental property or property for sale on the internet. Using special lenses and photographic techniques the shots are processed by a computer into a 'virtual tour' of the premises. This allows a 360 degree view of each of the areas of the property. If you intend selling or renting a mid range to high end villa on the internet then we recommend this option. If clients are paying a sizeable rental rate per night then your chances of closing rentals are increased considerably if the client can see exactly what they are getting for their money. This option is not as expensive as you may imagine and truly shows off your property in an interactive way.

Video services are available and usually used on higher end projects for use on the internet or at trade shows / DVD disk presentations. Video is usually the more expensive option as it requires a great deal of skill and expensive shooting and editing equipment. Audio also has to be considered in the form of the ambient sounds, a voice-over or music or all. Hence video productions are not usually cheap and rightly so given the amount of work involved. They are however well worth considering on high end projects with the budget though.
