A 4 bedroom 4 bathroom split level two floor property. Three bedrooms are upstairs and the master bedroom is downstairs with pool access. It features its own en suite with double his/hers shower, bathtub & double vanity units + large fitted wardrobes. Upstairs bedrooms two & three share a spacious en-suite bathroom. Downstairs the 60 m2 open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area gives a spacious living area and also has a guest shower, toilet & wash basin. The terrace is 60 m2 with a 32 m2 swimming pool & 8 m2 waterfall coming down to the shallow end of the pool, the property is fully furnished throughout.
